The KOTAI Project is a 100% private initiative, initially composed of a diverse group of 2,817 individuals from 8 different countries. Within this group, 10 individuals form the core team that started the KOTAI Project from scratch. Thanks to the financial support of 2,807 investors, the KOTAI Project was able to launch.
Objectives of the KOTAI Project
The KOTAI Project intends to create a global financial ecosystem offering a cryptocurrency brokerage, a bank, and a payment system, all interconnected and based on the KOTAI cryptocurrency. KOTAI will be promoted as an accessible and widely accepted digital currency, aiming for its adoption in real-world businesses around the globe.

What is KOTAI?
The word “固体” (KOTAI) is a Japanese term that means “solid” or “solid body.” It consists of the characters 固 (ko), which means “firm” or “solid,” and 体 (tai), which means “body” or “substance.” The complete etymology of the word dates back to the Edo period (1603-1868) when the Japanese language was in full development. The term 固体 (KOTAI) was used to describe solid objects such as rocks, metals, and wood.
The choice of the name KOTAI was not random. Just like its meaning of “solid” or “solid body,” we intend to create a robust infrastructure through our global financial ecosystem that provides strength and stability for the continuation of the KOTAI Project.
Agreement with 1 Million Partner Companies!
The first stage of the KOTAI Project involves registering 100,000 companies across more than 20 different countries that will accept and validate KOTAI at a minimum value of $0.01.
Over the next 15 months, our mission is to establish agreements with 100,000 real companies from 20 different countries. In this agreement, each partner company will receive 10 million units of KOTAI. These partner companies commit to accepting and validating KOTAI at a minimum value of $0.01 and must accept at least 10% of the value of their products or services in KOTAI.
In the second stage of the KOTAI Project, with additional financial resources, we plan to continue promoting and registering an additional 900,000 companies across at least 100 different countries. This will total 1 million companies that from 2030 will accept and validate KOTAI for a minimum value of $1.00 and will also accept at least 10% of the value of their products or services in KOTAI.
The 900,000 partner companies from the second stage of the KOTAI Project will receive 1 million units of KOTAI as part of the partnership.
The second stage of the KOTAI Project will last for 5 years, and we intend to complete it by the end of 2030.
International Bank
KOTAI holders will automatically have the right to own a bank account in our future International Bank.
What will our future International Bank offer?
- Total Confidentiality: We will provide 100% confidentiality for the client’s account and transactions.
- Deposit and Withdrawal in Dollars: Clients can deposit in KOTAI and withdraw in US dollars.
- International Debit Card: Clients will have an international debit card where the KOTAI balance is automatically converted into the local fiat currency.
- International Transfers: Clients can transfer their money to any bank worldwide.
Cryptocurrency Broker
We are in the process of developing a cryptocurrency broker that will guarantee 100% confidentiality for both account management and client transactions. This broker will be directly interconnected with our international bank and our international cryptocurrency payment system. This strategic arrangement will allow seamless and efficient integration between services, providing a superior user experience.
International Cryptocurrency Payment System
Our goal is to create our own cryptocurrency payment gateway, which will be linked to our International Bank. Our cryptocurrency payment system will not only be offered for online businesses but also for all types of physical companies worldwide.
Is Kotai A Token?
Yes, KOTAI is a token with significant potential for appreciation, and we are offering an attractive profit opportunity for investors worldwide.
However, KOTAI is not a purposeless token! We are developing a fast cryptocurrency with its own custom blockchain structure, aiming to become the most widely used cryptocurrency in the world for payments.
Investors in the KOTAI token will have the right to exchange the KOTAI Token for the KOTAI Cryptocurrency on our future broker. There will be no loss of value in exchanging the KOTAI Token for the KOTAI cryptocurrency.
It’s important to note that the exchange of the KOTAI Token for the KOTAI Cryptocurrency will not be mandatory. The burning of KOTAI Tokens will occur automatically as they are exchanged for KOTAI Cryptocurrency.
Official Kotai Web/Mobile Wallet
We are in the process of developing an official web/mobile wallet for the KOTAI cryptocurrency. This wallet will be available for free on both PCs and smartphones (ANDROID/IOS).
The primary goal of this wallet is to allow KOTAI users to send or receive KOTAI cryptocurrency with greater confidentiality, security, and speed.
The official web/mobile wallet for the KOTAI cryptocurrency will be available starting in September 2025.
Total Supply Of Kotai
The maximum existing quantity is 10,000,000,000,000 (ten trillion units) of KOTAI. No new KOTAI units can be created.
Destination Of The 10 Trillion Kotai
- Investors’ Share: Out of the 10 trillion KOTAI, 475,380,000,000 (four hundred seventy-five billion three hundred eighty million) KOTAI belong to the 2,807 investors who are already funding the project.
- Airdrop Allocation: 124,620,000,000 (one hundred twenty-four billion six hundred twenty million) KOTAI will be allocated for an airdrop.
- Pre-Sale Offering: 7,366,000,000,000 (Seven trillion three hundred and sixty-six billion) KOTAI will be offered in the pre-sale, which begins in May 2024.
- Reserve for affiliates: 34,000,000,000 (Thirty four billion).
- First-Stage Partner Companies: 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion) KOTAI will be allocated to the partner companies in the first stage. The goal is to register 100,000 companies by August 2025. Each partner company will receive 10 million KOTAI as part of the partnership.
- Second-Stage Partner Companies: 900,000,000,000 (nine hundred billion) KOTAI will be allocated to the partner companies in the second stage. The plan is to register an additional 900,000 companies by 2030. Each partner company will receive 1 million KOTAI as part of the partnership.
- Developers’ Reserve: 100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion) KOTAI will remain with the KOTAI Project developers to continue funding the project for the next 10 years.
Airdrop
We are planning to offer the biggest airdrop ever! A total of 124,620,000,000 (one hundred twenty-four billion six hundred twenty million) KOTAI will be allocated for the airdrop. More than 1.2 million people will be selected!

Once the registrant’s participation is validated, they will receive 100,000 KOTAI Tokens in their registered wallet within 30 days.
Until When Will The Kotai Token Pre-sale Be Available?
The KOTAI token presale will begin in May 2024. We believe that we will be able to sell all 7,366,000,000,000 (Seven Trillion, Three Hundred and Sixty-Six Billion) KOTAI tokens available by December 2024. However, our deadline is August 2025, and if we are unable to sell all of them, we will conduct a burn. It is important to note that the burn will only apply to the KOTAI tokens available for sale (7,366,000,000,000). During the presale, the price of KOTAI will be fixed at $0.00006 on our platform.
Once the 7,366,000,000,000 trillion KOTAI tokens are sold, the market itself will start to push the price of KOTAI higher. This anticipation is based on the knowledge that by August 2025, there will be 100,000 partner companies from 20 different countries accepting and validating KOTAI at a minimum value of $0.01.
Use of Funds Raised in the Pre-Sale
The funds raised during the presale will be used to fund the marketing efforts of the KOTAI Project and the development of the entire global financial ecosystem that we plan to create by the end of 2025, providing comprehensive support for the KOTAI cryptocurrency.
Affiliate System
We will implement an affiliate system that will reward those who help register partner companies in the KOTAI Project. Each successful partner company registration by an affiliate will earn 340,000 Kotai Tokens.
The registered company is the sole responsibility of the person who registered it. The KOTAI Project is not responsible for the registration data of the affiliate or the company.
To become an affiliate, simply register for free on our website: www.kotaiproject.com. After registration, you can start registering companies using your affiliate link. However, in order for the partner company registration to be approved, the company must meet some minimum requirements.
First-Stage Partner Companies
Business owners can register their businesses directly on our website: www.kotaiproject.com. To become a first-stage partner business, the business must meet specific criteria:
- High-quality photos are required: one of the front of the business (or company logo) and one of the products or services offered.
- The business must fill out a comprehensive registration form, including the company name, phone number, email, and address consistent with GoogleMaps.
- The partner business must accept the terms of the KOTAI Project agreement. They will validate KOTAI at a minimum price of $0.01 starting in August 2025. In addition, the business must accept at least 10% of the value of its products or services on KOTAI. As the price of KOTAI increases, the business must adjust its acceptance based on the daily quote.
- The company must display a visible notice indicating that it accepts KOTAI as a form of payment.
Partner companies in the first stage will receive 10 million KOTAI tokens, of which (10%) 1 million KOTAI Tokens will be received within 30 days after validation of the registration, and 9 million KOTAI tokens after 1 year of partnership starting in August 2025.
Second-stage Partner Companies
The business owner can register his/her business directly on our website: www.kotaiproject.com . To become a second-stage partner company, the business must meet specific minimum requirements:
- High-quality photos are required: one of the front of the business (or company logo) and one of the products or services offered.
- The business must fill out a comprehensive registration form, including the company name, phone number, email and address consistent with GoogleMaps.
- The partner company must accept the terms of the KOTAI Project agreement. The partner company will validate KOTAI based on the daily rate. In addition, the business must accept at least 10% of the value of its products or services on KOTAI. As the price of KOTAI increases, the business must adjust its acceptance based on the daily rate.
- The business must display a prominent notice indicating that it accepts KOTAI as a form of payment.
Partner companies in the second stage will receive 1 million KOTAI tokens, of which (10%) 100,000 KOTAI Tokens will be received within 30 days after registration validation, and 900,000 KOTAI tokens will be received after 1 year of partnership, starting in August 2025.
Partner Company Listing App
Starting in August 2025, we will release a mobile app (ANDROID/IOS) that lists partner companies from around the world. In this app, users can easily find companies in their region that accept KOTAI as a form of payment.
Furthermore, through this application, customers themselves can check whether partner companies are actually accepting KOTAI as a payment method.
If it is proven that a partner company has not made sales to 10 customers within 12 months from August 2025, that company will not receive the remaining 9,000,000 KOTAI units from the first stage or the remaining 900,000 KOTAI units from the second stage.
In other words, partner companies could only withdraw their KOTAI units after making 10 sales in KOTAI to 10 different customers.
